Join us for a powerful two-day, in-person workshop designed specifically for couples impacted by childhood sexual abuse (CSA). Is This Workshop Right for You?

Build trust. Deepen connection. Learn trauma-informed tools to strengthen your relationship — together.

This weekend is for couples who want to grow — even when the past makes connection hard. You don’t have to “have it all figured out.” You just have to be willing to show up with care.

You might be asking yourself:

  • How does past trauma shape how we relate now?
  • Why do certain conversations or moments feel like minefields?
  • How can we connect emotionally and physically in ways that feel safe?
  • What does it look like to support each other — without losing ourselves?

If you’re wondering these things, you’re not alone. And you’re in the right place.

All couples welcome. LGBTQ+ affirming. Survivor–survivor couples welcome. No previous therapy required.

Yes. We welcome and support survivor-survivor couples, as well as mixed-experience partnerships.

No one is ever required to disclose details about their abuse. All exercises are designed to be done at your own comfort level, and you are always encouraged to take care of your boundaries. Participation is about connection and growth — not disclosure.

Yes. The facilitators are experienced trauma therapists and will be available throughout the weekend for emotional support and grounding. We also introduce gentle self-regulation tools and build in space for rest and reflection. You can step away at any time and return when you’re ready.

Yes, as long as both partners feel safe and ready to explore these topics together. The tools we offer can help deepen trust, strengthen communication, and build a shared foundation. While many participants are in long-term relationships, newer couples can benefit just as much from doing this work early.

If you cancel up to 48 hours before the workshop begins, you will receive a full refund.

Absolutely. Any couple committed to understanding the effects of CSA on their relationship and building trust and safety is welcome. That includes same-sex couples, non-binary partners, and all relationship configurations. The work of healing from CSA and learning to love responsibly transcends sexual orientation or gender identity.
