No. Prior therapy is helpful but absolutely not required. All levels of experience are welcome.
Yes. We welcome and support survivor-survivor couples, as well as mixed-experience partnerships.
No one is ever required to disclose details about their abuse. All exercises are designed to be done at your own comfort level, and you are always encouraged to take care of your boundaries. Participation is about connection and growth — not disclosure.
Yes. The facilitators are experienced trauma therapists and will be available throughout the weekend for emotional support and grounding. We also introduce gentle self-regulation tools and build in space for rest and reflection. You can step away at any time and return when you’re ready.
Yes, as long as both partners feel safe and ready to explore these topics together. The tools we offer can help deepen trust, strengthen communication, and build a shared foundation. While many participants are in long-term relationships, newer couples can benefit just as much from doing this work early.
If you cancel up to 48 hours before the workshop begins, you will receive a full refund.
Absolutely. Any couple committed to understanding the effects of CSA on their relationship and building trust and safety is welcome. That includes same-sex couples, non-binary partners, and all relationship configurations. The work of healing from CSA and learning to love responsibly transcends sexual orientation or gender identity.
